QUERCETIN

Quercetin is a natural chemical compound from the group of flavonoids, which is found in many plants, such as apples, onions, cabbage, tea, grapes or broccoli. Quercetin has many health properties that have a beneficial effect on the human body.

The action of quercetin consists in: antioxidant activity, i.e. neutralizing free radicals and reducing oxidative stress in the body. Inhibiting inflammatory processes in the body by reducing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Inhibiting the activity of enzymes associated with inflammatory processes. Improving lipid metabolism by lowering LDL cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Supporting the function of the immune system by stimulating the production of antibodies. Increasing the activity of T and B lymphocytes. Improving cardiovascular function by increasing the elasticity of blood vessels and reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Benefits for trainers: Improves physical endurance and reduces muscle fatigue. It supports muscle regeneration after training by reducing inflammatory processes in the body. It increases the production of nitric oxide (NO), which in turn increases blood flow and improves muscle oxygenation, which can help increase training performance.

Dosage: 100 to 500 mg per day.
