ASHWAGANDHA

ASHWAGANDHA – also known as Indian ginseng (Wythania somnifera), is a plant from the nightshade family, which has long been valued in Ayurveda and other forms of Eastern medicine, for its stimulating and regenerating effects on the body and mind. In the root of the plant you can find all sorts of useful chemicals, including glycosides, phytosterols and withanolides.
