PHENYLETHYLAMINE

PHENYLETHYLAMINE – known as PEA, is an organic chemical component belonging to the group of amines. It can be found naturally in certain foods, such as chocolate, and can also be synthesized by the body from the amino acid l-phenylalanine. The level of dopamine and norepinephrine increases as a result of increased intake of phenylethylamine. It is possible that its effects on the neurological system can manifest itself in different ways. For example, it can have a stimulating effect. For this reason, different versions of PEA often appear in dietary supplements, which are designed to prolong its action. PHENYLETHYLAMINE functions as a stimulant, improving mood and increasing thermogenesis. PEA is most often used before training to improve training opportunities. It is very often used to improve well-being and mood.
