GLYCEROL

GLYCEROL – is the most basic form of the trihydric alcohols family. Consisting only of a single chain of carbon atoms and three hydroxyl groups. The cosmetics and food industry, as well as the pharmaceutical industry widely uses glycerin. However, due to the special properties it possesses, glycerol is also an essential component of effort support. Skillfully administered supplementation leads to the so-called hyperhydration of muscle cells. This action can be called anabolic action. It is manifested by a noticeable increase in muscle volume. In training, we have a much better muscle pump, and the muscles are clearly more loaded. Many pre-workout supplements, such as creatine stacks and no-boosters, contain glycerin in powder form.
