ISOMALTULOSE

ISOMALTULOSE , also known as Palatinose, is a complex sugar consisting of glucose and fructose. Its chemical structure is similar to sucrose, but differs from it in the way carbon atoms are binded. It is metabolized more slowly than sucrose, which leads to a gradual increase in blood glucose levels. This has a positive effect on maintaining a constant level of energy and endurance during training. In addition, isomaltulose is less cariogenic than other sugars. It causes a smaller increase in the level of acids in the mouth, which reduces the risk of tooth decay. Isomaltulose may be beneficial for athletes due to its ability to provide a steady source of energy during workouts and increase endurance. It is used similarly to carbohydrate type nutrients.

Dosage: 30-50 grams per serving.
