TAURINE ETHYL ESTER

TAURINE ETHYL ESTER – is a form of the amino acid taurine that has undergone the esterification process. This process is aimed at producing a compound with increased bioavailability as well as increased chemical stability. Compared to the free form of taurine, ethyl ester doses can be much lower. Smaller amounts compared to the free form of this amino acid show the same effect. Taurine taken as a dietary supplement can support the transport of nutrients to muscle cells. It also has anti-catabolic and antioxidant effects. Taurine can relieve the symptoms of central nervous system fatigue. It can both affect neurotransmitter levels and function as a neurotransmitter itself.
