CREATINE PHOSPHATE

CREATINE PHOSPHATE – high-energy phosphate bonds “renew” APT, which is necessary for the production of cellular energy. Thus, the survival of the muscle cell (it transfers the phosphate group to ADP – APT is formed (the basic energy carrier in the human body). Keratin kinase is involved in the conversion of creatine to phosphocreatine inside muscle cells. Muscles with adequate phosphocreatine stores have greater energy reserves. Which increases not only their ability to be active, but also the rate of regenerative processes and potentially muscle growth.

Creatine phosphate is not widely available as a supplement because oral dosing has previously been shown to cause poor absorption. It is usually placed in complex preparations such as pre-workout boosters.

Dosage: 5 grams per day.
