NICOTINAMIDE NAD

NICOTINAMIDE NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme in the body that is involved in many metabolic processes. Its primary function is to transfer electrons in redox reactions in the body, which allows the conversion of nutrients into energy that our body uses for work. In addition, NAD may also play a role in cell regeneration, as well as affect many other biochemical processes in the body, such as protein synthesis and cell signaling. Recently, NAD has become a focus of interest because of its potential health benefits. Research suggests that NAD may help with:

  • Improving physical performance and reducing fatigue
  • Protecting cells from oxidative stress
  • Increase bone density
  • Increasing the elasticity of blood vessels
  • Improving mitochondrial function

Dosage: 100 mg to 500 mg per day.
