SYNEPHRIN

SYNEPHRIN is an alkaloid derived from bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) and some other citrus plants. It is a stimulant substance often used as an ingredient in dietary supplements and weight loss aids. Synephrine exhibits thermogenic effects, meaning that it can speed up metabolism and increase calorie burning, resulting in fat reduction.

Synephrine can provide benefits for athletes and physically active individuals, such as:

  • Increased endurance and performance. Synephrine can act as a stimulant, increasing arousal, focus and energy, which can improve endurance and performance during training.
  • Supporting fat reduction: The thermogenic effect of synephrine can contribute to the burning of calories and fat, which can help reduce body fat and achieve a better physique.
  • Appetite suppressing effects: Synephrine may have an appetite suppressant effect, which can help control calorie intake and promote weight loss.

Although synephrine is considered a relatively safe substance, it is worth remembering that it can cause side effects, especially when taken in excessive doses. Potential side effects include elevated blood pressure, tachycardia, insomnia, nervousness or dizziness.
