VITAMIN B6

VITAMIN B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin of the B vitamin group. It is essential for the proper functioning of the body and is involved in many important metabolic processes.

Red blood cell production: Pyridoxine plays a key role in the synthesis of hemoglobin, the protein responsible for carrying oxygen in red blood cells.
