SOYBEAN OIL

SOYBEAN OIL is a vegetable oil extracted from soybeans. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). Soybean oil also contains vitamins E and K and phytosterols, which can benefit health. It is commonly used in the kitchen as an oil for cooking, frying, baking and as an addition to salads and other dishes. The oil contains unsaturated fatty acids that can help lower LDL (“bad” cholesterol) and increase HDL (“good” cholesterol). This has a beneficial effect on overall heart health. The vitamins E and K present in soybean oil have antioxidant effects, protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals. The oil provides omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system.
