SODIUM PHOSPHATE

SODIUM PHOSPHATE – a combination in one molecule of two elements, i.e. sodium and phosphate. In addition to its role in the transmission of nerve impulses and the regulation of blood pressure, sodium is essential for maintaining the body’s water-electrolyte and acid-base balance. The primary role of phosphorus in the body is that of the building material. Phosphorus is a component of bone and is responsible for the formation of nucleic acids and brain tissue. This element is necessary for the production of high-energy molecules and plays an important role in the energy production process. Phosphorus additionally controls the pH level of our blood. In sports supplementation, the molecule is usually an addition to advanced vitamin and mineral preparations.
