POTASSIUM GLYCEROPHOSPHATE

POTASSIUM GLYCEROPHOSPHATE – this substance is formed as a result of combining in the right proportions of elements: potassium and phosphorus with sugar alcohol – glycerol. Due to the effect it has on the balance of fluids and electrolytes in the body. Glycerol is a common ingredient in dietary supplements for athletes. It not only contributes to the so-called hyperhydration – i.e. the growth of muscle cells as a result of accumulated water. This phenomenon is also often called sarcoplasmic hypertrophy and has the hallmarks of anabolic activity. POTASSIUM glycerophosphate also modulates the level of cell hydration (regulates cell volume and osmotic pressure). Improves the permeability of cell membranes (acts as an antagonist for calcium). It controls the work of the circulatory system and muscles. Phosphorus is required for the formation of high-energy molecules such as phosphocreatine and is involved in processes that produce energy.

Dosage: 100 mg per day.
