NOVA DULSE

NOVA DULSE , also known as dulse, is a genus of red algae (Palmaria palmata). It grows on the rocky shores of the Atlantic Ocean, especially in the area of Nova Scotia in Canada, as well as on the coasts of Ireland, Iceland and northern Europe. Dulse is consumed as food. Used in dietary supplementation due to its beneficial health properties and richness of vitamins and minerals. Source of vitamins and minerals: Dulse is rich in vitamins such as vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It also contains important minerals such as iodine, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and copper. Due to its high iodine content, dulse can support the proper functioning of the thyroid gland.
