GOAT'S RUE

GOAT’S RUE is a herbaceous plant, often called elderberry or rue. It contains active ingredients such as galegin and hydroxygalegin (also known as guanidine compounds), saponins, tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids (galuteolin) and chromium salts. The main action of the plant extract is to lower blood sugar. It will therefore be an effective addition to the diet when we want to support insulin sensitivity. Importantly, GOATS RUE also has an effect on the amount of cholesterol and lipid profile. Effectively lowers triglycerides, promotes the growth of good HDL cholesterol.
