EPA ACID

EPA ACID – is an unsaturated fatty acid belonging to the omega-3 family of fatty acids (fatty acids in which the last double bond in the carbon chain is located at the third carbon atom from the end). It occurs naturally in food, most often in marine fish such as salmon. Can be formed in the human body from alpha-linolenic acid. It is a precursor of antiaggregation and anti-inflammatory eicosanoids. More importantly, it can be converted to another omega-3 acid known as docosahexaenoic acid. In supplementation, EPA ACID is usually available in the form of fish oil, which is taken orally. A sufficient supply of EPA and DHA is not only essential for overall health. Including the cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, endocrine and other systems. It also has a positive effect on the composition of the figure.
