ADENOSINE 5'-DISODIUM TRIPHOSPHATE

ADENOSINE 5′-DISODIUM TRIPHOSPHATE Y also known as Adenosine-5′-triphosphate – adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine triphosphate. Is a high-energy substance that is found in most cells of living organisms. From the point of chemical construction, it belongs to the group of nucleotides. That have the function of an energy coenzyme. It participates in the transport of energy, which is formed as a result of the breakdown of high-energy phosphorus bonds. The task of ADENOSINE 5′-DISODIUM TRIPHOSPHATE is m.in. to accelerate ATP resynthesis in the intervals between sets during strength training. It acts as a nutraceutical, microelement, primary metabolite and cofactor. In sports supplementation, its use is quite rare, because oral administration may be problematic in maintaining stability. However, sometimes we are able to see in the composition that Adenosine-5′-triphosphate forms together with other additives, such as creatine, so-called blends supporting the energy processes of muscle cells.

Dosage: 100-200 mg per day.
